Wood chip Mulch

When we carry out tree work there is a lot of waste produced. there are two ways to dispose of this waste either by burning or chipping.

When burning waste it has to be removed from site in bulk or burned on site either way it is very time consuming and not an efficient working practice.

Wood chipping the waste however not only makes it easier to remove the waste from site but also gives a re-useable by product in the form of wood chip mulch'.

The green wood chips are composted down over approximately three months and then can be re-used as a weed suppressant and soil conditioner. Wood chips not only help the gardener but also wildlife due to the amount of insects and worms they attract whilst decomposing.

Firewood

When a branch or limb from a tree is too large to go through the wood chipper we convert it into firewood this is stored and allowed to season and then sold on for use in the home or the garden.
